If you wish to charge an electric car, you will need to approach the Body Corporate and request a dedicated Electric Vehicle charger to be installed at your parking space. There will be a one-off cost for installation.  

The operating system, Thundergrid, is a centralized system that will manage power loads and cost allocation, so that everyone pays their fair share. Please note that it will not be possible to use privately sourced EV chargers.

Thundergrid and the Body Corporate will work together to set a rate for every kilowatt your car uses when charging. You then pay monthly using your allocated credit card for what you have used through your Thundergrid account.

Thundergrid then aggregates the payments for all users within the parking complex and will then issue a lump sum into the nominated account of the Body Corporate.
